Kim Carusone is a Brooklyn, NY native. While completing her senior year in high school, she worked part time as a receptionist at a one stop shop wedding salon in Queens, NY. Soon enough Kim was promoted and began developing easy and practical ways of helping brides to overcome the classic obstacles of wedding planning.

After three years at the wedding salon, Kim moved on to work for an up and coming software company, Sensenet Inc., where she became manager of events. There, she executed product launches, charity receptions and client events. Partnering up with the CEO of the company, she began to manage a small web design school for clients that expressed interest in learning to market and create websites for their own businesses online.

In 2000 Kim joined Bank of America where her career took a turn toward corporate event management. At Bank of America, Kim became an Event Manager, overseeing hundreds of events a year. Her responsibilities included: managing a multi million dollar event budget, overseeing large multiple day symposiums with over 500 attendees, domestic and international destination meetings, small high profile dinners and receptions.

Kim has also worked with Hedge Funds Care, a charity created to help abused children find treatment and care. From 2000 to 2004, Kim managed their premiere fundraising event along with its founder. Hedge Funds Care has grown into a successful foundation which has raised in excess of $20 million to date.

Katie Weisgerber is a New Jersey native, currently living in Manhattan and a graduate of Villanova University in Villanova, PA. Katie got her start in event planning at Lord Abbett, a mutual fund company based in Jersey City, NJ. After 3 years of planning broker/dealer meetings, client entertainment programs and internal training and incentive events, she left Lord Abbett to join the Corporate Events department at Bank of America.

Since joining Bank of America, Katie has planned and executed a variety of events including but not limited to: small, high profile dinners, large scale conferences (ranging from 50-2500 people), high end CEO retreats, golf outings, cocktail receptions and internal meetings. She is responsible for managing an annual event budget of more than a million dollars for various groups within the bank.
